Registration Regulations

· Registration is considered completed when signed forms, payment, registration and costume fee are all handed in.

· Families choosing a monthly payment plan must include their post-dated cheques for the entire season. First and last month’s payment is required upon registration including costume and registration fee. All seven (7) remaining post dated cheques are required on the 1st day of each month Oct 2024 – April 2025.

· Families choosing a two pay plan must include their post dated cheque for January 1st, 2025. First payment is due upon registration (Fees for September – December & May, registration fee, costume fee & GST). Second payment (January – April Fees). Families may receive a 5% discount until Monday, May 27th, 2024 on this payment option. NO discount will apply after this date. 

· Families choosing to make an annual payment will receive a 10% discount until Monday, May 27th, 2024. A 5% discount will apply after that until the last day of registration – August 22nd, 2024.  Full payment is required upon registration including costume and registration fee.

· Discounts apply only to those who register on or before the last day of registration August 22, 2024. Class Fees = $60.00 plus GST. September and May’s payments are non-refundable. Competition fees are extra. Any NSF cheques will be charged a $25.00 fee.

· There will be a one-time $30.00 + GST registration fee per student or $40.00 + GST registration fee per family. Registration fees are non-refundable.

·   Costumes are required for the year-end recital. A $100.00 + GST recital costume fee per class is due upon registration for Creative Dance to Junior levels. A $150.00 + GST recital costume fee per class is due upon registration for Pre – Intermediate to Senior levels. Costume fees don’t include alterations, dance tights or shoes; Costume fees are non- refundable after October 15, 2024 . 

· Tanya's Dance Worx 2023/24 Annual Dance Recital date and location to be determined.

· Dance fees are non-refundable after November 30, 2023. Tanya’s Dance Worx requires thirty (30) days written notice of any student withdrawal.

· No refund will be processed for natural disasters, pandemics or any unforeseen circumstances.

· If a natural disaster or pandemic does occur, Tanya’s Dance Worx Inc will still provide services and our classes will resume LIVE online at their regular times through ZOOM. 

· Families have the ability to register via mail, phone at 403.607.1711 or email at tanya@tanyasdanceworx.ca . Registration will not be considered complete until forms, first payment, all post dated cheques for registration, dance fees and costume(s) arereceived.

· Tanya's Dance Worx reserves the right to cancel any classes due to lack of enrollment.

· It is mandatory for students to come to class in the appropriate footwear, tights, body suit and hair (see Dress Code). Any student not meeting the Dress Code requirements will be not allowed to participate in that class. 

· Parents are allowed to watch classes only during family viewing week. (Family Viewing Week - Dates to be announced).

· Please refrain from addressing teachers during class hours; as our focus should be on the students. Parents should not be in the classroom when classes commence. · Any parent or student creating conflicts or making derogatory comments towards other parents, students or teachers will result in the student being removed from class permanently.
